In order to provide full disclosure and to protect the rights of all parties involved, we have posted our official refund policy below. Please read it carefully.

OFFICIAL REFUND POLICY

Due to the open source nature of this software, we are unable to provide refunds under any circumstances, including failure to install the program. All sales are final. Therefore, please exercise due diligence by making certain that you want this software before purchasing it and that your server meets the requirements for the software to run. If you have any doubts about your server's ability to run the program, you are encouraged to contact Pueblo Cars to help you determine if your hosting service meets the requirements. If you are unable to install the software, we do offer professional installation services. If you purchase the professional installation option, however, you are responsible for ensuring that your server satisfies the requirements for the program to run. There will be no refunds of the purchase price of the program or the professional installation fee if we are unable to install the software due to the inability of the server to run the program or the failure of the customer to give us all of the information needed for us to access the server and install the program.

THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE LICENSED TO YOU "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. BY PURCHASING OR USING THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THERE SHALL BE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING FAILURE TO INSTALL THE PROGRAM, A CHANGE IN MARKET CONDITIONS, A CHANGE IN BUSINESS OR WEB SITE STRATEGY, A CLAIM THAT THE PRODUCT DOES NOT SUIT YOUR NEEDS OR IS NOT WHAT YOU EXPECTED, MODIFICATIONS OF THE SOURCE CODE IMPLEMENTED BY THE USER THAT ALTER THE FUNCTIONALITY OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT OR THAT ARE NOT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DOCUMENTATION ACCOMPANYING THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT, THE UNAVAILABILITY OF PUEBLO CARS FOR CUSTOMIZATIONS TO THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT, OR FOR ANY OTHER REASON.

BY PURCHASING OR USING THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE EXERCISED DUE DILIGENCE IN ASCERTAINING THAT THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT WILL RUN ON YOUR WEB SERVER AND THAT IT WILL MEET YOUR NEEDS.

We want to ensure your success. Therefore, if neither you nor we are able to successfully install the program on your web server after you have purchased the Professional Installation option, Pueblo Cars will host the program for you on our web servers until you are able to find a suitable web server, for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days.
